I has an issue with my dish that came with this and I raised this via WhatsApp. They responded straight away and after showing some photos they agreed it was faulty and kindly offered to send a dish to me with a few complimentary stick. Amazing customer service. Although it does not take long for the sticks to burn the fragrance lasts for over a day. I can smell it it my front room the morning after. My favourite fragrance.
